Home delivery:
The shipment will be made by the selected courier company.
The home delivery period will be 24 hours (business days) if the orders have been confirmed before 4:00 p.m. as long as the products ordered are in stock. Orders confirmed after 4:00 p.m. They will have a delivery period of 24/72 hours (business days). Delivery times include the time elapsed between the closing of the order and the purchase of the products by the consumer. You should take into account that business days are considered from Monday to Friday (not counting weekends or holidays). In specific cases due to stock problems, our incident team will contact the Customer by phone or email to inform them of the delivery time once the desired product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery between morning or afternoon, you can indicate it in the comments of the order and the selected agency will try to fulfill it to the best of its route and schedule possibilities.

The delivery time at home will be from 4 to 7 working days through ENVIALIA transport as long as the products in the order are in stock. In specific cases due to stock problems, our incident team will contact the Customer by phone or email to inform them of the delivery time once the desired product is available. Pureworks is not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance.
General remarks
If there is any time preference in the delivery of your order, please indicate it in the comments of the order and the transport company will take them into account to the extent of its previously established route and time possibilities.
If you wish, you can also pick up your order at the transport office in question, prior notice to our customer service.
In the event that a product of your order is not available in stock and has not been previously notified on the web at the time of purchase (stock availability is not shown for all products), we will contact you (the fact of not responding to said contact implies the consent of the delay). If you have had this incident, we will offer you the following options:
- Request the shipment of your order without this product and its return.
- Accept a substitute product.
- Wait and receive the complete order.
