If once the purchase is received you are not satisfied, you can change it within a period of fifteen days. 1) ONLINE CHANGE
TO PROCEED WITH THE CHANGE THEY MUST SEND THE PRODUCT THROUGH ANY TRANSPORT AGENCY OF YOUR CHOICE. TELL THE TRANSPORTER THAT THE DELIVERY IS TO BE MADE DURING BUSINESS HOURS FROM 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM TO OUR OFFICES IN C / TORRENT D’EN GRAU 54, 08917 BADALONA – BARCELONA (SPAIN). (THE SHIPPING COST IS ON YOUR ACCOUNT). ATTACH A PAPER INSIDE THE BOX WITH THE ORDER NUMBER, THE MODEL NAME AND ATTRIBUTES FOR WHICH YOU WANT TO MAKE THE CHANGE. (ALWAYS CHECK THAT THERE IS A STOCK OF THE MODEL).

ONLY ONLINE CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MODELS OF THE SAME AMOUNT. 2) CHANGE IN STORE
THEY MAY ALSO MAKE THE CHANGE IN OUR STORE IN C / TORRENT D’EN GRAU 54, 08917 BADALONA – BARCELONA (SPAIN). (TOTALLY FREE).

To proceed with your change you must check that your order meets the following conditions:
– The product must not be used.
– It must be delivered in the same conditions in which it was received.

DO NOT HANDLE THE ORIGINAL BOX. NEITHER SEALS NOR STICKERS OR ANYTHING.
– It must be delivered to our offices, PUREWORKS: C / Torrent d’en Grau 54, 08917 Badalona – Barcelona (Spain) within 15 days from the date the order was received.

IF YOUARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE MADE, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO A TOTAL REFUND, ALWAYS BEFORE 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT. 1) ONLINE RETURN. The refund process may take 2 to 5 business days from the time the package is picked up.
